Presbyterian Home Of Maryland & Hart Heritage Estates in Harford County, Maryland, started over 28 years ago in the comfort of a family’s home in Street, Maryland. Since then, we have grown to be one of Harford County’s most respected assisted living care providers and have expanded to two locations, with our second being right here in Forest Hill. Beginning as a simple gesture of love and kindness it has grown as families in the Harford County area heard about the Skidmore family and the special love and care they were providing.

Our spacious community area living room gives our Forest Hill, MD residents the opportunity to enjoy friendly companionship and interaction while watching a large-screen TV and participating in one of our many group activities.
Each of the rooms at Presbyterian Home Of Maryland & Hart Heritage Estates in Forest Hill, MD is beautifully decorated to include every amenity and convenience. All of our rooms include large sunny windows with private baths, air conditioning, and wall-to-wall carpeting. We are conveniently located in the Bel Air Harford County area.
Our residents eat in our spacious and comfortable dining room. We offer three delicious, well-balanced, home-cooked meals with snacks served daily. Special diets are prepared daily for our residents upon doctor requests. We also provide accommodations for outside gatherings and BBQs at the gazebo for both family members and friends.

In 1990, the Hart Heritage Estates Assisted Living Facility was built and opened in the rural town of Street, Maryland with a capacity for 17 residents.
